Goods Purchased can be returned and refunded if it has a manufacturing defect in 14 days after purchase, and the amount will be credited to the customer in 14 working days

يمكن استبدال او استرجاع المنتج في حالة وجود اي خلل مصنعي و ذلك خلال 14 يوما من تاريخ استلام المنتج. و سيتم ايداع المبلغ في حساب الزبون خلال 14 يوم عمل.

if the customer is from outside bahrain, he will bear the shipping cost to the shop

في حال كون الزبون من خارج البحرين، يتحمل الزبون تكاليف اعادة الشحن للترجيع.

if the product does not has any manufacturing defect the product cannot be returned

في حال عدم وجود خلل مصنعي في المنتج لا يمكن استبداله او استرجاعه

customer can cancel the purchase if the product has not shipped yet, and the amount will be credited to the customer in 14 days

يمكن للزبون الغاء عملية الشراء وذلك شريطة ان يكون ذلك قبل شحن البضاعة، و يتم ارجاع المبلغ في حساب الزبون خلال 14 يوم عمل.
